Your products were able to help me understand the technologies as well as how to configure them in different ways, ways that you would not normally do in the real world.

Your Video on Demand product was a great help and allowed me to review information when I needed to in a way that is unachievable in text books alone. It is wonderful to be able to listen and watch a presentation and have the ability to rewind when you do not understand a topic (ACLs anyone?).
