The audio bootcamp from IPexpert covered a lot of those little details that will get you off track on the lab and was a great resource. The lab workbook had plenty of lab scenarios covering everything from IP fax integration with Unity, to complex gatekeeper and CUBE configurations. I used it in conjunction with Proctor Labs rack time to prepare for the test. Some of the practice labs are actually harder than the real lab.
