The IPexpert CCIE Voice One Week Lab Experience is designed for CCIE Voice candidates in the last month or weeks before their CCIE Voice Lab exam. During the week clients will engage in three challenging full-day mock labs. Clients will enhance time management skills, learn test taking strategies and expose weaknesses so that any issues can be resolved before the actual lab. During days two and four of the course, the Instructor will review with clients the progress made on each lab and help plan a strategy to improve any areas of weakness before the real CCIE Voice Lab exam.
During each day of the labs, the Instructor will act as a proctor by providing clarification in the same manner the proctor will during the actual CCIE Voice Lab exam to replicate the actual lab environment. Clients will be challenged to think problems through without having the solution provided, a very important part of lab preparation training. After clients have been asked to perform troubleshooting and assessment, if assistance is still needed, of course the Instructor will assist figuring out any issues. IPexpert instructors will teach a world-class troubleshooting approach so when clients encounter problems they will be able to quickly identify and solve these issues.
This specialized course contains both detailed explanations and challenging labs on advanced topics including configuration & troubleshooting of CUCM 7.x, Unified Presence 7.x, Unity Connection 7.x, Unified Contact Center Express 7.x, H323 Gatekeepers, Unified Border Elements (CUBE), SIP Trunks, CME, expert level Dial-Plan implementation, SRST, AAR, IPMA, B-ACD, T1/E1 PRI, MGCP & H323 gateways, Frame Relay / Catalyst 3750 QoS, RTMT and RSVP, among other protocols and voice applications.
All of the labs are based on the 3-site topology that is used in the testing environment. The labs contain 2 UCM sites plus 1 CME site or 3 UCM sites. Candidates are able to verify their work using 7962 IP Phones that are connected to a switch at every site. All of the IP phones (including the PSTN phone) are physically present in the classroom.
The course is being frequently reviewed to ensure that it is up to date and meets the latest topics tested on the CCIE Lab exam blueprint. In addition, the Instructor will give invaluable tips on lab strategy and test preparation techniques to maximize the opportunity to pass the real CCIE Voice Lab exam.
Throughout the course clients will have unlimited access to their own personal rack of equipment matching the CCIE Voice Lab blueprint. Being immersed in an environment without the distraction of work and personal obligations, clients will maintain the undisrupted focus required to benefit from the volume of material concentrated into one week.

- The Instructor will discuss time management and various test-taking strategies providing you with insight on how your peers have prepared and passed the grueling lab exam.
