IPexpert's Online Troubleshooting Bootcamp for Cisco's CCIE Voice Lab, delivered via IPexpert's Online-HD-ILT training solution, is a class designed for candidates who are planning on sitting the CCIE Voice version 3 lab exam. The class covers all of the potential troubleshooting scenarios that you could see in the CCIE Voice lab exam. At the end of the class you will have expert knowledge of SIP, H225, H245, RAS and MGCP along with all of the other facets of the troubleshooting aspect of the exam.

For each given topic/scenario you will be provided the following:

  • Background to the problem
  • Demonstration on how to go about fixing the issues with necessary debugs and traces
  • A review of what has been solved

90% of the time will be spent  either on the equipment in a rack which has been pre-configured with all of the tickets, using the whiteboard for explanations or going through wireshark pcap trace files.

Troubleshooting is becoming increasingly more important in the CCIE Voice lab. 20% of the points available in the CCIE Voice lab are awarded for troubleshooting tasks.  Unlike the R&S Lab exam whereby there is a separate troubleshooting section in which the candidate has to solve different mutually exclusive tickets, the troubleshooting in the CCIE Voice lab is embedded within one continuous exam. The tickets are interspersed between the configuration tasks.
