What Should I Know Before Attending?
Prior to attending the CCNA course, you should be familiar with networking topics such as TCP/IP, IP configuration, peer-to-peer networking, subnetting, building a routing table, and other network protocols, standards, and architecture. The CCNA candidate must possess a thorough understanding of network fundamentals including OSI model, TCP/IP Protocol, and basic Cisco hardware familiarity. We recommend that students have the Network + or CCENT certifications, or have equivalent knowledge. If you are not sure you are meeting the requirements, please call to discuss the prerequisites with your training advisor and request a CCENT/CCNA Skills Assessment Exam.

Exam
The 640-802 CCNA exam is offered onsite on the last day of class and the test voucher is included in the price of the course. If you choose not to take the CCNA exam on that Friday afternoon, a CCNA voucher will be emailed to you. Simply schedule your CCNA exam when you return home at www.vue.com and supply the voucher when asked for payment.

IPexpert CCNA students do not share equipment and are given 24/7 access to their own dedicated pod of live Cisco gear – NO SIMULATORS. Our Cisco equipment is the latest and greatest available and we provide an online experience like no other provider can. Each CCNA student is given access to the following:

Joe brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience, with an emphasis on enterprise-sized Cisco networks. He is also the most recently-certified CCIE on the team and brings a fresh lab preparation perspective which will enable us to continue to refine our industry-leading CCIE Structured Learning Approach and training methodologies. Joe will be assisting in product development, support and classroom training all while also preparing for the CCIE SP Lab exam, which he is hoping to pass before the end of the year.
Tyson Scott, a Triple CCIE, brings to IPexpert more than 14 years of experience in the IT industry, six of those years at a senior-engineer level. He spent five years at Hewlett Packard in its Managed Services division. Tyson also served two years with Advanced Services at Cisco. Over the years, he has gained valuable "real world" knowledge, having worked on global solutions on some the largest networks out there. At IPexpert, Tyson is responsible for automation programs used to simplify customer experiences and increase customer satisfaction. He is also instrumental in the delivery and development of IPexpert's CCIE R&S, CCIE Security and CCIE Service Provider classes and products and has been a key component in IPexpert's world-renowned success.
Mr. Aguilera has been actively planning, developing, implementing, monitoring and managing networks for Government and State Agencies as well as Private Corporations for over the past ten years. Dan has extensive experience managing, operating and consulting in technical support centers with customers such as AT&T Data Center, Verizon Enterprise Management Center, Secure Logix, Source Inc., Austin American Statesman, MaryKay, and The State of Texas. Dan has been instructing for over ten years and has developed proprietary training curriculum on CiscoR, Microsoft, NetWare, HP Openview, Unix and other mission critical hardware & software applications to suit the needs of application specific clients. Dan performed 8 full years of service and 5 active duty to the United States Marine Corp, where he experienced first-hand the evolution of mainframe to personal computing and deployed microwave and satellite communications. The IPexpert Investment Assurance Program ensures that clients training investment lasts until they achieve their certification. IPexpert courses are widely recognized as the ultimate experience for students that are serious about passing their certification exam. IPexpert's renowned Instructors are not only experts of the subject matter, but also very talented presenters. IPexpert's instructors understand how to transfer their knowledge in the classroom setting with a compressed, time-efficient structure. The courses are intended to fully prepare clients for the exams. All IPexpert product and course purchases are covered by our commitment to each clients success. IPexpert updates all materials regularly as an ongoing effort to continually improve and cover all current exam blueprint topics. IPexpert wants clients to pass... so we are committed until they do.
If clients purchase an IPexpert Instructor-led course, they are eligible to retake the class once again - at NO CHARGE for instruction. Clients have the ability to re-sit the class up to one year after the first date of the original course, provided the exam number(s) have not changed. A re-sit facility fee may apply, based on location and availability. Retake seats include full access to a dedicated pod of equipment, just like the first time through the class.
IPexpert's guarantee further states that clients will pass all exam(s) on the first attempt or we will give clients one free retake per exam not passed. Any retake vouchers must be claimed within 14 days prior to the conclusion of the original course. IPexpert will also refund 100% of the tuition upon return of all course materials by the end of the first day of class, clients notify their Instructor that the course, curriculum, or instructor does not meet expectations. If IPexpert cancels a class for any reason we will refund course tuition in full if clients are unable to reschedule to the next class session.
