With over 14 years of IP Telephony training and consulting experience and a wealth of technical certifications, Vik Malhi has proven that he is one of the top Cisco CCIE Voice Instructors and Consultants in the world! Vik was the first engineer to install CM 3.0 in Europe, has years of AVVID consulting and implementation experience and has been teaching and developing CCIE Voice Lab courses and self-study learning materials for over 4 years. Vik is responsible for updating, supporting and teaching IPexpert's Voice-related products, services and courses. Over the past 4 years Vik has been the cornerstone of IPexpert's world-renowned CCIE Voice Lab product development and training and has assisted more CCIE Voice engineers in passing the lab than any other Instructor, worldwide!   

Marko, a dual CCIE who has recently passed the CCIE R&S 4.0 lab, has spent 12 years designing and supporting some of Europe's largest service provider networks.  He is accredited with designing the largest multi-service internet infrastructure in Iceland. He has been working with IPexpert over the past few years developing several self-study products, and will now be more-heavily involved in product development, product support and classroom training (throughout Europe, Australia and Asia) on full time basis.

Jeff Rensink is a dual CCIE who passed the R&S lab in 2009 and the Wireless 2.0 lab in January of 2013.  He also holds a bachelors degree in IT Management from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN.

Jeff has worked in the networking industry since 2006, starting in the enterprise space.  In 2009, he worked on a team supporting one of the largest datacenters in Minnesota.  His last employer was one of the premier Cisco gold partners in Minnesota, where Jeff was the lead wireless engineer for the majority of his time there.  Jeff’s wireless experience spans both local and national companies across many verticals including enterprise, retail, healthcare, education, and manufacturing.

Piotr has been in the networking industry for over six years, working in several different capacities within enterprise-sized Cisco environments. His responsibilities include, but have not been limited to, implementation, design and high-end, level three technical support. Piotr holds a masters degree in computer science majoring in networking and network security

Samarth Chidanand is a dual CCIE who has passed the CCIE R&S and Security certifications during his university studies, making him one of the youngest double CCIE's. He is currently scheduled to take his CCIE SP lab, and should be a triple CCIE in the near future. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Networking from the University Of Greenwich, London, UK.

Samarth had previously worked for Cisco Systems as Network Consulting Engineer for Borderless Networks and Service Provider team. He has designed, implemented, migrated and supported several large scale networks for Cisco Enterprise, GET Accounts and Telco/Service Provider customers like British Petroleum, United Nations, Telstra, Safaricom, Barclays Bank, Deutsche Telecom Global, PCCW Global,T-Systems, Aircel, General Motors, Walt Disney, INSA-Govt Of Ethiopia and Oracle.

He has delivered several projects in many countries for technologies related Security, R&S, Service Provider and DCN.

Apart from project delivery he was actively involved in training CCIE bootcamps, Knowledge Transfer sessions and training materials preparations for Cisco employees and Cisco customers. He has won several awards for training, project delivery and job performance. He is an award winning master CCIE Security instructor.

Sunny, a dual CCIE has more than 7 years of training experience in the Cisco certification arena and has been teaching in the network security and unified communications fields, mentoring candidates in all phases of their preparation - from associate to expert level. He is a self-proclaimed "uber geek" specializing in unified communications with real life internetworking scenarios with packet level depth. He has previously worked for various training companies as a lead technical instructor and has emerged as pioneer in the voice and security realms throughout India. He holds a bachelor in computer science and is currently pursuing his third CCIE in the Data Center track.

Rick, a triple CCIE and JNCIE, earned his CCIE titles for R&S and SP by his 21^st birthday, making him one of the youngest engineers in the world to accomplish this extremely difficult, yet rewarding career goal. At the age of 22, he passed his CCIE Storage and JNCIE-SP making him one of the youngest 4-time Expert in the industry. Rick's primary responsibility is to lead CCIE Data Center product development, assist IPexpert's Instructors in CCIE R&S and CCIE Service Provider development and assist in (online) product and techncial support on the industry-leading CCIE-focused email list (www.OnlineStudyList.com). He is also very active, writing technical posts found on IPexpert's blog.

Iwan's career consists of over 14 years of experience designing, supporting and troubleshooting Cisco infrastructures. Iwan achieved his first CCIE (R&S) in 2004 when he was only 22 years old. Shortly after, he also added the CCIE Service Provider, CCIE Security and CCIE Voice to his portfolio of certifications which also contains the CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, MCDBA, ITIL Foundation, Cisco Advanced Wireless LAN Field Specialist & Cisco Unity Support Specialist certifications. In 2013 Iwan passed his CCIE Data Center lab as one of the first, giving him 5 CCIEs. Iwan was involved in IPexpert's CCIE R&S 4.0 and CCIE SP Development and Support and will be developing CCIE Data Center Mock labs.
