Tyson Scott, a Triple CCIE, brings to IPexpert more than 14 years of experience in the IT industry, six of those years at a senior-engineer level. He spent five years at Hewlett Packard in its Managed Services division. Tyson also served two years with Advanced Services at Cisco. Over the years, he has gained valuable "real world" knowledge, having worked on global solutions on some the largest networks out there. At IPexpert, Tyson is responsible for automation programs used to simplify customer experiences and increase customer satisfaction. He is also instrumental in the delivery and development of IPexpert's CCIE R&S, CCIE Security and CCIE Service Provider classes and products and has been a key component in IPexpert's world-renowned success.
Working professionally for an established leader in the IT / IP Telephony industry for more than a decade, designing, installing, supporting and training end-users on Unified Communications / IP Telephony (enterprise focused) Networks, Amy brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge to the training arena. Amy currently holds her CCIE in Voice (as well as a wealth of additional Specialization, Associate and Professional-level Cisco certifications) and is currently working on her CCIE R&S, which she expects to complete in mid-2010. Amy also possesses an unparalleled background in project management, classroom training and has a "second-to-none / overachieving" personality, which will fit well within IPexpert's corporate culture. Amy is responsible for the development, support and classroom instruction for IPexpert's Voice-related products and courses to include CCNA Voice, CCVP and CCIE Voice. She's no "stranger" to the classroom / teaching industry or Cisco Voice Industry as she's installed over 75,000 IP Phones for clients worldwide touching nearly every type of end-user and client sector to include Industrial, Educational, Financial, Government and Healthcare and has been responsible for teaching this broad range of clients on the utilization of their Cisco IP Telephony solution upon installation.
Joe brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience, with an emphasis on enterprise-sized Cisco networks. He is also the most recently-certified CCIE on the team and brings a fresh lab preparation perspective which will enable us to continue to refine our industry-leading CCIE Structured Learning Approach and training methodologies. Joe will be assisting in product development, support and classroom training all while also preparing for the CCIE SP Lab exam, which he is hoping to pass before the end of the year.
With nearly a decade of experience, and an emphasis on high-tech Cisco-focused networks, Brandon Carroll has proven that he has a diverse background that is proven and unmatched worldwide. After a short, but honorable career in the United States Air Force, he began focusing on Cisco Routing & Switching, Security, Voice and Wireless networking. He is a distinguished and published author, responsible for several Cisco Press books including "Cisco Access Control Security; AAA Administrative Services" (ISBN # 1-58705-124-9), "CCSP SNRS Quick Reference (Digital Short Cut)" (ISBN # 1-58705-512-00), "CCSP SND Quick Reference" (ISBN # 1-58705-503-1), "CCSP SNPA Quick Reference", (ISBN # 1-58705-542-2) and "CCNA Wireless Official Exam Certification Guide (CCNA IUWNE 640-721)" (ISBN-10: 1-58720-211-5). Marko, a dual CCIE who has recently passed the CCIE R&S 4.0 lab, has spent 12 years designing and supporting some of Europe's largest service provider networks. He is accredited with designing the largest multi-service internet infrastructure in Iceland. He has been working with IPexpert over the past few years developing several self-study products, and will now be more-heavily involved in product development, product support and classroom training (throughout Europe, Australia and Asia) on full time basis.

Bryan, a dual CCIE, joins IPexpert with several years of complex LAN and WAN experience, with an emphasis on Cisco networks. He is involved in product development as well as technical support and is also active in writing technical articles found on IPexpert's blog.



Rick earned both of his CCIE titles by his 21st birthday, making him one of the youngest engineers in the world to accomplish this extremely difficult, yet rewarding career goal. Now, he's preparing for his 3rd CCIE, which he hopes to achieve at the age of 22 (2010), the CCIE Security. Rick's primary responsibility will be to assist IPexpert's Instructors in CCIE R&S and CCIE Service Provider development and assist in (online) product and techncial support on the industry-leading CCIE-focused email list (www.OnlineStudyList.com). He is also very active, writing technical posts found on IPexpert's blog.
After spending 10+ years as an Electrical Engineer, Stuart redirected his career into IT, and has since accumulated over 7 years experience within various IT industries, including Financial, Solution Provider/Outsourcing, and Manufacturing to name a few. Although specializing in Network Security, Stuarts experience includes Enterprise & Data Center network design & implementation; LAN infrastructure, Voice, Wireless & management.
Piotr has been in the security space for the last three years working mostly with VPNs, PKI and firewall solutions. Currently he works as Systems Security Engineer at Acxiom supporting clients and internal networks. Piotr holds master's degree in computer science majoring in networking and network security.
With over 7 years of experience in the IT field, Otto has spent a majority of it support IP Telephony networks. He started his telephony career by supporting and administering TDM PBX systems and other various voice mail and contact center applications. He then made the transition to IP networking and which naturally led to VoIP telephony systems. Currently Otto is involved in second tier support and design of large-scale VoIP deployments. Although specializing in VoIP Telephony, Otto also possesses a solid background in network security systems implementation and design. At IPexpert I will be supporting the Online Study List for CCIE Voice candidates and writing blog articles very useful for the CCIE journey.
