With over 14 years of IP Telephony training and consulting experience and a wealth of technical certifications, Vik Malhi has proven that he is one of the top Cisco CCIE Voice Instructors and Consultants in the world! Vik was the first engineer to install CM 3.0 in Europe, has years of AVVID consulting and implementation experience and has been teaching and developing CCIE Voice Lab courses and self-study learning materials for over 4 years. Vik is responsible for updating, supporting and teaching IPexpert's Voice-related products, services and courses. Over the past 4 years Vik has been the cornerstone of IPexpert's world-renowned CCIE Voice Lab product development and training and has assisted more CCIE Voice engineers in passing the lab than any other Instructor, worldwide!   

Marko, a dual CCIE who has recently passed the CCIE R&S 4.0 lab, has spent 12 years designing and supporting some of Europe's largest service provider networks.  He is accredited with designing the largest multi-service internet infrastructure in Iceland. He has been working with IPexpert over the past few years developing several self-study products, and will now be more-heavily involved in product development, product support and classroom training (throughout Europe, Australia and Asia) on full time basis.

Tyson Scott, a Triple CCIE, brings to IPexpert more than 14 years of experience in the IT industry, six of those years at a senior-engineer level. He spent five years at Hewlett Packard in its Managed Services division. Tyson also served two years with Advanced Services at Cisco. Over the years, he has gained valuable "real world" knowledge, having worked on global solutions on some the largest networks out there. At IPexpert, Tyson is responsible for automation programs used to simplify customer experiences and increase customer satisfaction. He is also instrumental in the delivery and development of IPexpert's CCIE R&S, CCIE Security and CCIE Service Provider classes and products and has been a key component in IPexpert's world-renowned success.

Jason has proven that he has the technical knowledge and personality to work amongst the world’s most elite technical instructors.  With over a decade of experience, he was one of the first engineers outside of Cisco (worldwide) to pass the CCIE Wireless certification. His experience includes designing, implementing and troubleshooting Cisco wireless networking and communication solutions for education, government, manufacturing, financial, healthcare service provider and enterprise clients. He has a degree in education, but loves networking. By combining his education and passion, Jason is poised to deliver industry leading CCIE Wireless products and classes for IPexpert. 

Anthony Sequeira formally began his career in the Information Technology industry in 1994 with IBM in Tampa, Florida. He quickly formed his own computer consultancy, Computer Solutions, and then discovered his true passion – teaching and writing about Microsoft and Cisco technologies. Anthony joined Mastering Computers in 1996 and lectured to massive audiences around the world about the latest in computer technologies. Mastering Computers became the revolutionary online training company KnowledgeNet and Anthony trained there for many years. Anthony is currently pursuing his second CCIE in the area of Security. What materials is he using? The IPexpert Blended Learning Self-Study Solution - of course! 

Piotr has been in the security space for the last three years working mostly with VPNs, PKI and firewall solutions. Currently he works as Systems Security Engineer at Acxiom supporting clients and internal networks. Piotr holds master's degree in computer science majoring in networking and network security.  Piotr has also just finished developing our new CCIE R&S Written Video on Demand product.

Rahim Raoufi is dual CCIE#8918 (Routing & Switching / Security) and has over 13 years of technical training and consulting experience in the high tech industry working as a Senior Network Engineer, Consultant, and Instructor within Silicon Valley and nationwide. With a range of technical certifications, he has proven himself among the elite in the technical training industry.  Rahim Raoufi is one of the pioneer leaders in Cisco CCIE Lab Exam training and also an author and creator of CCIE Routing & Switching curriculum published in 2002, with growing list of successful candidates that have passed the Cisco CCIE Written & Lab.  He has a diverse networking background adept in end-to-end network infrastructure design, solutions and implementation from both a technical and a business level in wide variety of network engineering roles.

Jerome Henry has more than 10 years of experience teaching technical Cisco courses in more than 15 countries and in 4 different languages, to audiences ranging from bachelor degree students, to networking professionals, to Cisco internal system engineers. Jerome consulted and taught Heterogeneous Networks and Wireless Integration with the European Airespace team, which was later acquired by Cisco and became its main wireless solution. He is a certified wireless networking expert (CWNE #45), CCIE Wireless (#24750), CCNP Wireless, and has developed several Cisco courses focusing on wireless topics including IUWNE, IUWMS, IUWVN, LBS, and CWMN lab guide. With more than fifteen IT industry certifications (from Linux Red Hat Certified Engineer to Microsoft Certified System Engineer and Security Specialist) and more than 5000 hours in the classroom, Jerome was awarded the IT Training Award Best Instructor silver medal in 2009.

Rohit Pardasani founded ACIT in 1998 and the company continues to revolutionize the way engineers prepare for the prestigious CCIE Lab certification.

Rohit has been in the networking industry for more than 13 years, with a focus on Cisco networking for the past 11 years. Rohit is currently holding triple CCIE certifications. Rohit not only brings his years of teaching experience to the classroom, but also years of real world enterprise and service provider experience. Rohit has assisted hundreds of engineers in obtaining their CCIE certification. When not teaching or developing new products Rohit consults with large ISPs and enterprise customers in India.

Currently Rohit is working on his CCIE Voice certification.

Allen Hartman has close to 15 years’ experience working with Cisco technology, and close to 12 years working with Cisco VOIP.  He is currently the Unified Communications Practice Manager for SyCom Technologies, A Richmond, VA based Cisco Gold partner.  Allen has been responsible for implementation and maintenance of Cisco Unified Communications systems include CUCM/CUCME, Unity/Unity Connection/CUE, UCCX, Presence, Video/Tandberg and a vast variety of Cisco’s routing, switching, and security products.  Allen is currently focusing on managing the Unified Communications practice and developing best practice solutions for Unified Communications customers.

Kingsley Charles has over 9 years of experience in the Networking Industry with a specialization in network security. Kingsley has an extensive wealth of knowledge working with Cisco Security technologies such as VPN’s, Firewall’s, IPS, AAA, ASA’s, PIX Firewall, ACS, and various Cisco routers and switches. Kingsley has passed his CCIE Security Written exam and is working on completing his Lab.

With over 13 years of experience in diverse high tech environments, Craig has proven to be an expert in the networking industry. Craig has experience in network design and implementation with entities such as the United States Marine Corps, a National Health Care Provider, Government Agencies, and Fortune 500 Financial & Entertainment companies. Craig brings this real world experience, knowledge, and his attention to detail into content and technical development for IPexpert focusing on Routing & Switching and Security certification tracks.

Jennifer Huber brings over 9 years of experience in the networking and wireless engineering industry.  Jennifer brings a solid background in supporting, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting in the enterprise wireless market. Jennifer has the ability to take complex information and explain problems/solutions in terms that are easily understood by even the most non-technical students.

Simon Baumann brings over 10 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong focus on Cisco Security based technology. Simon achieved his CCIE Security Certification in 2010. 

 

Rick, a triple CCIE, earned his CCIE titles for R&S and SP by his 21^st birthday, making him one of the youngest engineers in the world to accomplish this extremely difficult, yet rewarding career goal. This year, at the age of 22, he passed his CCIE Storage. Rick's primary responsibility will be to assist IPexpert's Instructors in CCIE R&S and CCIE Service Provider development and assist in (online) product and techncial support on the industry-leading CCIE-focused email list (www.OnlineStudyList.com). He is also very active, writing technical posts found on IPexpert's blog.

After spending 10+ years as an Electrical Engineer, Stuart redirected his career into IT, and has since accumulated over 7 years experience within various IT industries, including Financial, Solution Provider/Outsourcing, and Manufacturing to name a few. Although specializing in Network Security, Stuarts experience includes Enterprise & Data Center network design & implementation; LAN infrastructure, Voice, Wireless & management.

Bryan, a dual CCIE, joins IPexpert with several years of complex LAN and WAN experience, with an emphasis on Cisco networks. He is involved in product development as well as technical support and is also active in writing technical articles found on IPexpert's blog.

Iwan's career consists of over 10 years of experience designing, supporting and troubleshooting Cisco infrastructures. Iwan achieved his first CCIE (R&S) 5 years ago when he was only 22 years old. Shortly after, he also added the CCIE Service Provider and CCIE Security to his portfolio of certifications which also contains the CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, MCDBA, ITIL Foundation, Cisco Advanced Wireless LAN Field Specialist & Cisco Unity Support Specialist certifications. In 2010 Iwan passed his CCIE Voice lab, giving him 4 CCIEs. Iwan in involved in IPexpert's CCIE R&S 4.0 and CCIE SP Development and Support and will is extremely active on our email list and blog!

With over 7 years of experience in the IT field, Otto has spent a majority of it support IP Telephony networks.  He started his telephony career by supporting and administering TDM PBX systems and other various voice mail and contact center applications. He then made the transition to IP networking and which naturally led to VoIP telephony systems.  Currently Otto is involved in second tier support and design of large-scale VoIP deployments. Although specializing in VoIP Telephony, Otto also possesses a solid background in network security systems implementation and design. At IPexpert I will be supporting the Online Study List for CCIE Voice candidates and writing blog articles very useful for the CCIE journey.
