Until You Pass! Risk-Free Guarantee

RISK-FREE UNTIL YOU PASS GUARANTEEThe IPexpert “Until You Pass!” Risk-Free Guarantee ensures that your training investment lasts until you pass the CCIE Lab. All IPexpert product and course purchases are covered by our commitment to you and your success.

IPexpert updates all materials regularly as an ongoing effort to continually improve and cover all current lab blueprint topics.

Self-Study Products and Printed Materials:

If IPexpert releases an updated version of a self-study product that you have purchased and you have not yet passed the CCIE Lab, you will have two options to choose from:

  • Access the new version of the product in electronic format at no charge. (Electronic versions may not apply to all products. Offer begins for applicable product updates released after June 2007.)
  • Order a new hard-copy printed version, professionally printed and bound, for a nominal fee to cover printing, shipping and handling.

Instructor-led Classes/Boot Camps:

If you purchase an IPexpert instructor-led course, but do not pass the exam afterwards, you are eligible to retake the class once again before your next lab exam attempt - at NO CHARGE. Alternatively, you may choose to use your retake seat invitation to visit the same course again prior to your first lab exam attempt. Your choice!

Our retake seats include full access to your own dedicated pod of equipment, just like your first time through the class!

Note: Students are required to complete the Cisco Course Evaluation for the first class to qualify for a retake. Our courses are consistently in high-demand and fill up fast. Retake seats are limited, of course, so email your request to sales@ipexpert.com as soon as possible to have a better selection of dates and locations.

We want you to pass... so we are committed until you do!

Comparing training vendors? Nobody is committed to your success like IPexpert. Ask the other companies...

  • Do they have an investment protection guarantee program?
  • How long are you covered by it?
  • When you retake their class, do you get full access to a dedicated rack of equipment again or do you only “audit” the class with no access to hardware?
  • Are the electronic versions of all updates offered at no charge?
  • Do they have full-time employed instructors that also invest in your success by developing and continually improving the training content?
