An important differentiator here is that those two groups are separate, independent concepts. Our self-study products were specifically-designed for that purpose; self-study. The materials that a student will work with in those products are different from what they will see when they attend a course toward the end of their preparation path.
One of the most common questions customers ask is, "are your products up-to-date for the current CCIE Lab blueprint?" YES they are. Our team of dedicated instructors and developers work to ensure that our products are updated every few months. We make certain that our offerings are fresh, and any errors are updated. Our hardware always matches the blueprint and our sales and support team are aware of the changes to the lab.
We live by a simple motto; since CCIE Lab training is all we do, we have to do it the best! We know that writing a solid product is only half of the equation. The other half is achieved by keeping it updated and supported at a high level. Where some of our clients ask you to pay for various "investment protection programs," it is not needed here. When IPexpert releases a revision of a product you have purchased, you get a copy. If the product is a hardcopy delivery, you get one for the cost of production and shipping and that's it.
